The Inquiring Mind

The Inquiring Mind is a free student mental health training program now offered at the Lethbridge campus. The program is peer-facilitated, delivered in a 4.5 hour workshop format, and covers three main components: stigma reduction, resiliency skills, and the mental health continuum model. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end, which can be incorporated into their resume. The next workshop is Monday, January 29th from 2-630pm on campus. The Students' Union hosts many different events throughout the year.  These events range from, Federal and Provincial student campaigns, speakers, meetings, theme week activities, Zoo events such as cabarets, tournaments, theme nights etc.  Please check out the calendar, there is something for everyone.
